Mill Valley Golf Course Modern
This recently completed Foley Built project is located along Mill Valley Golf Course and set amongst a grove of 20 Redwood trees. The existing home was approximately 1,700sf and in serious need of repairs and upgrades. KCS Residential Design created plans for a complete remodel and addition of approx. 450sf.
The home was taken down to the studs and rebuilt with warm and natural modern finishes. Foley Built also managed and coordinated all of the exterior site improvements as well including filling in the rear yard pool and creating an incredible backyard oasis.
